Fits on a Smart Gear training bike handlebar. Very neat that you can see the inner workings & has a melodic ring that is not annoying- good because my son likes ringing it constantly. Easy to work for a pre-schooler & the fewest parts sticking out to possibly injure in a crash. (I only mean in 3/4-yr-old-type messing around crashes, of course.)
